Nice, clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Furniture was also nice, the size of the rooms was more then enough. Bed was pretty soft but still good.

Even though the apartment is quite small, it is nice, cozy, and clean. It is located in a block of flats. It is quite well equipped. It is near to one of the top tourist attractions in this area - Kostnice Sedlec. I was able to check in in the morning just after my arrival. There was everything I needed in the apartment. It was possible to park a car for free near the flat, however it was hard to find a place in the afternoon

The penzion is right in the middle of Kutna Hora, and just about everything is within walking distance.
The room with the balcony (number 3) was a lot bigger than we expected and the bed was really comfortable. The bath was a wee bit small for our preference but was not an issue. We picked this place based on the location, air conditioning (this is a must in the summer if you are not used to the heat and isn't as widely available as you might assume) and the price - it's such good value for money! Based on why we picked it, it exceeded our expectations.The hosts are really friendly and made eggs to people's liking for breakfast every day. The breakfast selection is small, but we were very satisfied by the options, and the coffee was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Located in a charming village a couple of minutes drive from Kutna hora and famous Sedlec ossuary. Exterior and garden looks somehow dilapidated, but that's wrong impression. Rooms are very neat, all new furniture, modern bathrooms, air conditioning. Parking in front of the building. At the time of our visit, they didn't serve dinner or breakfast, but there's a restaurant next door and a shop hundred meters away.

Very good communication and the whole service. The place is in a small village with a lot of privacy on the property. It looks like a fairytale house :) every detail is meticulously designed. We travéled with a baby and the owner left a small treat for him and the toys nd potty were available too.
This is an amazing apartment in a superb location in village. Everything is so well thought out and a fabulous finish to property.
Very well equipped with everything you could need for a few days here. Really feel the owner has taken care to make this a beautiful property. Vincent didn’t meet us but great instructions to check in and always on hand to ask anything and always checked all ok. It is next to a bar but we didn’t hear any noise. Lovely little courtyard to sit for meals and chat in sun or shade.
