Huge outside are with plenty of room Kids playground Locked gates, so I could leave my care with all the doors opened while repacking and taking my things out of car. Safe place for kids. I didn’t meat the owners but I felt that they cared about their guests. Pizza place near by. We found some fly at the place. My daughter said the pizza was better than in Italy! Support the local people and order pizza and buy things in local shops. Nice people in the city!

Location is beautiful. Owner is very welcoming and helpful. Very friendly environment. Accommodation extremely clean and have all facilities for stay even longer than us 2 days. It has self-catering facilities which I prefer. Restaurant are 1 km away if need it. I booked this for one night because it was inexpensive but then liked it so much I chose it as a base for my exploration of southern Bohemia. The place gas character and for this price is exceptional. it is just a room in a large house with great shower, tea, coffee and dishes etc. location is in a nice village next to a grocery store but there is no places to eat in the village so plan ahead.

The weather was cold, and the owner was so considerate to prepare us a lot of wood for the furnace. The surrounding area is pure nature, tranquil and beautiful Southern Bohemia fields - and you’re able to enjoy that just from the terrace. A car is definitely needed for getting around though! The settings and decors in the house are super cute and beds are comfy. Also the doggo there is super adorable and friendly <3 Overall, I’m glad to have brought my family here for a great Czech chalupa experience :)))
