Beautiful room and property. Very well maintained. Strategic location only minutes from a variety of beautiful and diverse beaches. A bit of two worlds: in a neighborhood of countryside feel only minutes from ocean rustic beaches and beach resorts.
Very thoughtful and comfortable set up in the room. The separate open kitchenette area allows refrigerating local ripe fresh fruits for example which is something I really appreciate. Kitchen is well equipped to cook meals.

The design was perfect. The owners are very nice people, really had a good time with them. Gardens are great. It was soooo clean we could not believe it. Super relaxing time even though we were working it seemed like a vacation.

We stayed for three nights in this place. The “villa” we got was very spacious and situated in the jungle. We stayed as a family of four and enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to cook our own meals and fix our own breakfast.
Close to nice beaches - especially playa real which we named pirate beach, as well as playa Conchal - a 500m drive. From there you can walk through the whole bay to get to some nice snorkelling - and the area that gave the beach its name: a beach with no sand but just shells. Magic.
Wow! What a fantastic villa! It features an incredible open sitting area with a plunge pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are excellent, with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom accessible through one entrance, and additional bedrooms and washrooms through a second entrance – all beautifully decorated. The host was welcoming and responded promptly to any questions. The villa is very close to Playa Conchal, a gorgeous beach. We strongly recommend choosing this accommodation instead of a hotel.
The villa that was assigned to us was very well equipped, we were welcomed with a big smile and we were informed of the nearby beaches (spectacular to spend the day and watch the sunset).
Beautiful setting, nice pool (when not crowded with other guests playing music); some rooms had been newly-renovated, others had multiple beds (good for families); our villa had a functional kitchen (barbeque had an empty propane tank) and basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper were provided after we asked. The property is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach.
Our stay exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to the bigger villa for free and wow was it beautiful...just like the website pics. Andres was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Andres is the best host! We really enjoyed staying at his place and are thankful for his private sightseeing Trip. We can highly recommend Villa la Paz for larger groups.
Nearby restaurant at Condor Lodge is pretty good, too.
