We had the room with the glass front on the first floor. From there you have a great view of the cloud forest and are right in the middle of it at the same time. The forest extends right up to the room, so we were able to observe animals directly from the room or balcony. The host was very friendly and told us a lot about the region. He also helped us with various bookings, which was really helpful. For breakfast, you could choose between three options, which were good and plentiful. From the breaktfast area we also had a direct view on the cloud forest and could watch the birds while having breakfast. The accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from the centre of St. Elena, so it is also well located. We enjoyed our stay there very much and can definitely recommend to stay there.

Lovely and modern vacation house in the mountains of Monteverde. The house came with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice lofted sitting area. The beds were comfortable, and the water was hot. We really enjoyed the indoor heated pool as well!

It was a nice, safe hotel with large rooms. Plenty of space. The staff was very nice, and it did have very nice views. It seemed like a "safe" location. It was a nice place.

Casa Rayo de Luna is a few minutes from the town which means it’s really peaceful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and guests are able to access a little room which has tea and coffee making facilities and a large fridge to store things if you wish. We preferred this as fridges can be noisy in the room that you sleep in. Jose was really friendly, knowledgable and helpful with information about the area. There are lots of birds which frequent the gorgeous garden at the property.

Lovely apartment with everything you could ask for. Most equipped kitchen we’ve come across, along with special touches such as fruit, eggs, fruit juice on arrival. Extremely welcoming hosts. Comfortable beds and plenty of places to put your things. Great location close to the shops but a wonderful balcony looking into the treetops. Parking opposite on the street which was totally fine. Loved our stay here thank you!

This is a beautiful apartment between the trees. You can see some animals, and it feels very rustic. Unfortunately we stayed way too short. We’re a family with kids and the kids had their own bedroom with bathroom.

A beautiful cabin. The location was amazing and the outside space made our stay very enjoyable. The hot tub and sitting area are very special. Great communication. It was easy to collect the key. We only had to drive a few minutes up the road to get to our activities. We enjoyed a meal at the rainforest restaurant.
