Maricela and Carlos are the perfect hosts. They react to your every need. Maricela's breakfasts are delicious and change every day. The room is cleaned every day. Carlos will help you with finding tour boats.The garden is gorgeous and well maintained.. We extended by two days as it was so relaxing to swing in the hammock and watch the wildlife. It is a truly authentic experience not to be missed especially if you want to see real village life in action. The solar electricity is a great somution for the night time power cuts.

The family that run the Cabana are the best. Very helpful and relaxed and they do washing too!
They also generously let us pay via PayPal because there is no cash machine in the village and we were low on cash. ( We are stupid British tourists).
They have the most adorable dog and cats!
The breakfast pizza we had was the best breakfast we've had from any hostel we have stayed in this trip!

what a great place! such a unique and beautiful building with such a calm and relaxed vibe and a lot of hammocks! Well aquiped kitchen. it‘s located a little at the boarder of the village wich is perfect because it s quiet and in the middle of the green. And not to forget the lovely people that run the hostel. They can also tell you about good places to see and where you can go snorkelling. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The Reggae Hostel is situated on the edge of Capurgana, which is nice, because the village is really noisy at night. You can sleep well in Reggae. Yair and Stefan are ready to help in every aspect, and they maintain the facilities clean and practical. The price is really good for the place offered. There is a shared kitchen, where you can cook and keep your food. The place is very safe. Everything is of recycled material, which is also very nicely elaborated.
