Self-service organic grocery store next door, exceptionally pleasant bakery/cafe with terrace (Panetteria Pasticceria Pelanda) one minute away. Would recommend (1) ascending bell-tower (tallest in Ticino) of San Gottardo church for views of the village, the mouth of the Centovalli and beginning of Val Onsernone; (2) 25-minute walk past vineyards and pathside shrines to the 1578 "Roman Bridge"; (3) walking -- or taking advantage of the train -- from Intragna to Cavigliano (very good branch of supermarket chain CRAI) and Verscio (highly recommend the restaurant Grotto Cavalli and bakery Peri Fausto); (4) taking the post bus to visit the museum, church of San Remigio and working grain mill (with polenta flour for sale) in Loco in Val Onsernone; visiting the church of San Michele Arcangelo in Palagnedra for its splendid late 15th-century frescoes.
