Old stone house with the atmosphere of old times. Very comfortable, modern bathroom and kitchen, new long beds. Very spacious with many rooms. Wifi worked well and for children there was an Xbox in the house. Everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean, well equipped (towels, sheets, toilet paper, dishwasher...). The owners were very nice and helpful. Lots of peace and quiet for relaxation – you only hear the sounds of nature. Tourist signs lead directly from the house. You are alone on the hiking trails. (This is very unusual in the Alps.) In nice weather you can swim in the river, but you have to drive (sandy beach in Intragna).

What's more, it's always a few degrees cooler up there😊 However, you should be prepared for driving winding, narrow roads. It can be an adventure and we enjoyed it a lot. The house is ideal for a couple. It's basic but lovely.
