Lovely friendly hotel, short tram ride. or walkable in 20 minutes or so, from the beautiful old town/lake. Helpful staff, allowed us to check in early, which was great! Free Geneva tourist travel card organised ahead of our arrival. Well equipped studio with everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

The common areas are very spacious and well equiped. The instructions are very clear and it's really next to the airport. It's in a quiet residential area. Although we were late (after 8pm) the hosts waited for us. Clean towels and bathrobes were provided.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We checked in ourselves and it was all very smooth with easy communication through messages on booking.com. We were staying over a few nights midweek and were close to most of the city sights and amenities.
There's a supermarket just down the street, a good pizza restaurant on the doorstep and bars nearby too. Bear in mind that Geneva is very expensive so it's good to have the ability to self cater some meals.
