All the staff were super-friendly and helpful. I had one or two difficulties which they sorted out quickly and efficiently. The comfort, cleanliness and quality of the bedding, buildings and breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful, peaceful grounds and location. The windows around the table opened. Terry robes were nice. We prefer self check-in, however, the host was available by telephone and at the location to meet us when we arrived, courteous and prompt. Washing machine and dryer for clothes.
