I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again

The location is very nice with only 1 min to the bus station. I really liked the warm attitude of the owners and that they answered all the questions that I had. The self check-in and check-out was without problems and actually it is a very convenient system. Also the views from the balcony are breathtaking. I would strongly recommend this place for the quiet and nice stay in Como.
