Communication was very easy and the owner was available to answer questions right away. Keys were left in a box and we could pick them up easily, although we arrived late in the night. The building had an underground garage where we could park our car. Kitchen tools could have slightly improved, but everything else was great.

The location is wonderful, at night we went stargazing and we slept really well as the place is super peaceful. The check-in instructions were clear and the kitchen is very well equipped, but there is also restaurants in the area that offer a nice variety of food if you prefer not to bring stuff with you. Nice location with great views and plenty of good walks. Friendly village shop. Friendly locals. Even in poor weather the mountains wreathed in cloud were atmospheric.
Room from second day was fine (other than the Bad Ragaz church bells and clock). The hotel has been renovated and is extremely clean (but strange architect related quirks, see below).
Location is in the middle of the village.
Good breakfast.
Hotel staff are extremely helpful and obliging.
