The Bay View Suite was as described. Once I saw the photos of the suite online I knew that’s where I wanted to stay. The breakfasts were delicious. Our host Susan was friendly, warm, helpful and interesting. We enjoyed talking to her so much we invited her to sit with us each morning for coffee!

Beautiful location, especially handy for going into wine country. The kayaks were wonderful as was being able to have a fire. Definitely worth the price. Kim the host is lovely and provides a whole host of local recommendations.
The location was perfect. In the village of Wellington, near the lake and beach, a fabulous Brewery opposite with a great pizza oven and a cafe also opposite with a superb breakfast. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were first rate, comfy bed and good facilities, very clean. We will visit again and stay for longer. It was our favourite place to stay
It felt like an a Tuscan village, even the grounds, the property in the back was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine under the stars. So quiet, so serene. The bedroom was absolutely lovely. The balconies really gave it an Italian feel. The breakfast and munchies were absolutely delicious. I’m convinced they flew in the cornetti straight from Italy! The mattress was heaven! Love the easy, keyless check in.
My husband and I decided to go to PEC for our two-year wedding anniversary and we were so happy we did! We find that enjoying a nice breakfast anywhere we stay is very important and says a lot about a hotel, and honestly, the breakfast we had at Villa di Casa was amazing!!! The pastries were so warm, fresh, and delicious. The other guests were so quiet and respectful. We loved the view from our room and enjoyed such gorgeous sunsets.
Shawn and Julie are excellent hosts. They were always kind, offering us suggestions to achieve the best of our visit.
