We arrived early but Pieter happily allowed us access to our room, showed us how breakfast worked (he gave us a tray and we chose to eat our delicious muesli, yoghurt, muffins and coffee in bed). There was also a place we could eat our picnic outside overlooking his vineyard. Louisa gave us such a fun wine-tasting the next morning after check-out, that we voted it the best of a four-day tour of the Okanagan...and their wines are great.

Overlooking Skaha Lake and an adjoining park, this Penticton bed and breakfast offers clear views of the mountains on the opposite shore. The owners make gourmet breakfasts and cherry wine.
