The location was farther than I expected, but the traffic was always smooth and the view from the house was just amazing. Contacting the owner had a little time lag so that we didn't know how to unlock/lock the entrance door, but luckily we arrived the location at the same time the owner came back, so I was able to get that information. Because the summer this year has been incredibly hot, we wanted to stay AC'ed place, and this was just perfect. The owner gave us so much information, where to visit, where to eat out, what to do, and so on. Because we weren't new to Victoria, we knew what we were going to do, but such plenty information must be helpful for first time visitors for sure.

This studio was very thoughtfully designed and equipped, even including popcorn and cookies! The bed was comfortable, wifi excellent, easy access and parking, and the hosts were super responsive…even delivering a blender in the morning for my husband’s smoothies.

I booked this for my Daughter to stay before she moved into permanent accommodation, it had everything she needed for her stay. Studio was clean and comfortable, a 20 minute walk to Walmart and a good range of buses if you don't want to walk. WIFI was great! Hosts were lovely too! Highly recommend
