The owner approached me several times, asking if everything was good. He and his son were quite nice, respectful, and conversant. There were mixes for coffee and tea available, as well as condiments. But we provided our own breakfasts that could be prepared using the microwave and water cooker available. We could also use the kitchen sink, and all was fine with us. The place was private, secure, and quiet. I stayed at another location in the area late last year, which was a more self-contained and separated apartment with full kitchen and bathroom. But it was much more expensive.
