The owner was very kind and tried to accomodate us when we were unhappy with the room. When an accident that had nothing at all to do with the B&B occurred to me, he solved it without us even asking. Very big plus for kindness. It's in a fantastic part of town and the value for money, just location-wise, was really good. If you don't get your hopes up at all for the facility itself, I would recommend it. Given a better room, I might stay again, now that I know what to prepare for.
