The owner and his family member are so kind and helpful! I kept coming back to this place again and again just because I feel like this is my private space and feel comfortable. Very tidy and well kept. Especially for those who do self catering, it is good place to stay. I stayed in several hotels and apartments in Porto Novo for work and try to find a nice place. This is the best buy for the value and comfort!
Just for your reminder. Since the cost of electricity is so high in Benin and many local people use the fan instead. Someone like me, who really wants to have AC even though the cost is high, I am willing to pay extra as I spent. I stayed in the apartment in Proto Novo where the owner offered only fan due to the cost cut. I couldn't sleep at all at night because of the heat! Of course it depends on what you want. I just chose the place to make myself comfortable, so that I can work more efficiently. This place meets my need.

Stayed at this apartment with 5 other people. The check in process was easy. The apartment was huge and spacious. Each room had it own toilet and washroom. There were fitted AC in every room too. The kitchen had the needed utensils. The neighbors were nice as well. There was this particular gate keeper that watched the building at night, he speaks French and Yoruba also, he made sure we were comfortable and recommended places we could visit to have fun at night. The host was very welcoming as well. A very understanding man. For the apartment it’s a 10/10. Ps:be careful on how you use the electricity.

Property was alright ,plenty of space .Even better if there is more of you as there was 2bedroom in the apartment.Every door has a key and there is a security guard there at night .The host calls multiples to check on how you’re doing .A mosquito net could be a plus .
Definitely worth it for the rate it is being offered at.
