The studio is in a new housing complex, exceptional conditions and an extremely well-kept garden! We only stayed three nights but we plan to come back for a longer period. The complex has two pools which were a joy, every night we took advantage and cooled off by the pool! The host is extremely helpful, we only chatted on WhatsApp but the communication was very good! The studio has everything you could want: a small kitchenette, well-equipped bathroom, a balcony where you can relax admiring the garden, the extremely comfortable mattress! For an amount of 15 leva per night you can have a secured indoor parking lot.

Excellent location - close to the beach and the centre. Very clean and modern place! The complex itself is very nice too - it has shops, drugstore, pool and a restaurant! Perfect for a couple!

The place was very clean and in a good location. I enjoyed the good light from the room, thanks to the generous windows. Everything is chosen wisely and with a good taste. The room has a big tv and a lovely bath, with a tub. The bed was very comfortable and big, the room was large and bright, with a lovely balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and hot tea in the evening. A quiet place, not too far from the beach. Close to the lidl shop and a minimarket. Across the street you can visit the botanical garden and a little bit far you can visit the saint constantine and helen monastery. The city is very elegant, with fine restaurants, the beach has smooth sand and the water is very clean. The host is very nice and kind, very attentive to every need. We enjoyed our stay here and for sure is on our preferred places to be. We will be back next year with other friends. Thank you for everything. A very nice experience. The photos are real and the place is exactly like in the pictures. The place is much nicer than in the photos. ❤️❤️❤️

Every single thing in Villa Chinka was absolutely amazing 👏 From the great apartment to the restaurant,the menu, the staff and the atmosphere. Relaxing after few meetings. Great views to the Black sea and the private beach.Exeptional service on all levels.
The building is brand new,the apartment is furnished with taste,inside there is everything you may need in a holiday home, it was very clean and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly.
The pool outside is amazing- warm softly salty water and a built-in bubble bad.
There is a supermarket just a few meters away from the building and all the fancy restaurants in the area are only 5-6 minutes away by car or 15 min walking.

We stayed in studio, not pictured villa, but could sit in lovely garden as well as our private part. Quiet and peaceful. In studio, great to have kettle, cutlery and crockery, bowl for washing clothes (additional cost to use washing machine). Hot plate and iron available, but no stove fitted in property. Friendly, helpful owner, Bini. Handy for buses to Varna. Lidl nearby and better Serbil supermarket 10-15 mins walk.
The villa was great. It had parking spots, a beautiful garden and the rooms were very spacious and nice. Only one room didn't have an AC, but it was not as warm as the others. The barbecue was great and the kitchen was well equipped. The beach is 15 minutes away by foot and the center is just a bit farther.
The hostes also had great recommendations for places to eat.
