The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.

The room has a nice view and a balcony. There's a private parking car just downstairs and easy to park. The host was very kind with us and she make sure we have everything we need for our stay. There's a possibility to do a coffe and tea in the room, there's a mini fridge and somme dishes and cutlery. It's a calm place in the historical center, less crowded than the others streets. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very spacious and had great views over Sozopol old town and harbour and was central to both main beaches in sozopol.
The apartment was very clean, and you can see they take pride in having a lovely apartment. The owners lifted us at the airport and left us back for our flight as well. Big thanks to Maria for the lovely homemade fig jam.
The bus statation with close and busses run to Burgas ever 30mins for 6lev per person. The local supermarket Billa was also close.
Overall we were very happy.

The villa has a great location and all the needed facilities for a good vacation. Everything was clean and well kept. The view from the room was amazing. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place with both my hands.
The villa was equipped with everything needed from coffee capsules to laundry detergents. The location was great, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bulgaria. Although it is located close to the beach, at the same time you are in the nature, feeling far away from the city and the noise.
Very spacious and beautiful apartment with stunning view over the bay dawn below. Very quiet area for relaxing at night, walking distance from the beach and 5-10 minutes drive from the old town Sozopol, plus the villa have its own parking lot.

Santa Marina village is a great place to stay and chill near several pools or on the beach. An apartment in the apartment hotel "Santa Marina Holiday Village" was good value for money, thouh it could be cleaner (floor was like dusty) and better maintained (lock in the toilet was broken). But apartment was with great balcony, nice sea view, and it was a really nice place to stay.
Everything was wonderful. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need. We didn't miss anything. Very clean. The large balcony. Located in a villa close to areas of interest (swimming pool, shop, bar, playground for children). The complex offers you so many activities that you can do without going to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. He gave us all the information we needed. A big plus was the free parking space.
We enjoyed the pools and the aqua park, we liked the beach and some of the extra activities ( mini golf, archery).
The villa we stayed at was also very nice with a good position. It was clean and spacious.
We had a small child with us and the blender on the baby corner helped during breakfast and sometimes lunch, but the options were limited.
Amazing villa on the beach with a fantastic view. So beautiful. Watched the sunrise and the sunset nearly every day from our balcony. 2 min walk to center, shops and restaurants. Sozopol is s beautiful place, romantic and relaxing. Staff in the villa were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you.
