Amazing courtyard, serene and quaint. Incredibly friendly staff offering a bunch of tailored activities catered personally by them. Artsy cozy AC-ed appartment. The room was spacious enough, bright and cosy. It was clean and comfortable. The location of the complex is pretty convenient, very close to the centre of the village. Overall it was exactly what I expected.
I've been visiting Sinemoretz for several summers and this villa is the best property in the village. Excellent location, privacy, great view and spacious rooms that are cool without AC on. There's everything you might need. Kalandja has the best sea view and a well kept garden.
Everything was perfect and we are more than satisfied with our stay at the villa. It has everything you need to be comfortable, the surroundings are stunning and our host was always there to help if anything needed!
I had a fantastic stay! The villa has a vast and spacious garden with many shades and flowers. A perfect for relaxing and chill. Also, Irina was very warm and helpful throughout the whole stay.
I recommend a stay there if you want to be close to the Veleka beach and the wildlife resort there, but also be near the center and the bars.
The place is located in the center of the village. The bars, the supermarket and the Veleka beach are also within 10 minutes walk. Although the building is an old one everything is very simple and basic but it was clean and comfortable. Our double bed was big enough and very comfy, we really liked it. The room has a microwave oven, a cattle a huge fridge and some cutlery. You can prepare a simple breakfast or dinner there. It is a very good value for money.
The hotel is new and offers excellent opportunities for a family vacation. It is close to the beach and to the Sinemorets village, restaurants bars and cafes. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will never forget how helpful they were during the time of the rainstorm and flooding time during September 2023!
Awesome stay, highly recommended. The hosts provided us with a lot of help and information. The room was clean, close to the center of the village with plenty of parking space. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for hosting us!
The apartment was very clean, seems all furniture is brand new. Close to Butamya beach, needs 15 minutes walk to the restaurants in the Sinemoretz village. Friendly staff
