Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), but quite far from other points of interest. But this wasn't an issue for us. We simply walked. But there are buses for many destinations. And taxi.
The parking spaces are right in front pf the property.

Furniture, curtains, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc all new and in very good condition. Enough places to put your stuff.

The owner was incredibly nice, flexible and helped us with everything. His sister as well. The room was as on the photos, very clean. The building is also nice and quiet. The location was great and the villa had a great garden where you could have a break, eat something or just relax. The communication with the owner was great!
The apartment is big, clean, with new furniture and located near the sea and two beaches. Air conditioning in both rooms is good. It has a balcony and a terrace with a table and chairs. We had privacy and silence so we could rest. Niko, the host, was helpful. Sacre restaurant is Ok and is situated at 2 minutes from the villa. Old Nessebar is not too far, if you enjoy walking - 40 minutes on the main road or, more pleasant, through the South beach of Nessebar.
The stay at Villa Martina was very pleasant. The owner welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of kindness and was always willing to help us. Spacious, clean and very well furnished rooms, very convenient location in the center and the beaches. excellent value for money we will recommend it to everyone!
A very good choice for a short holiday in Nessebar. The villa is located in a perfect place in the old town near the sea. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable.
The Villa Azzura was one of our favourite places to stay while we travelled Bulgaria! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and there was a balcony and lovely little courtyard where we could sit and have drinks. The host, Gery, was SO helpful and friendly! She gave us lots of great recommendations about where to eat and what to look out for. The hotel is very well located, and Nessebar is a wonderful place to stay!
The location of the villa is absolutely amazing, 3 min away from the beach, 4 min to the old church, plenty of restaurants, and places to see.
The room itself looks even better than in the photos on booking.
