It’s light, it’s fresh, it’s calm, it’s lovely.
It sits on the ground floor, you can park your car almost at the main door (on secured and guarded parking) - no hustle carrying things inside and back again when leaving.
The view is directly to the sea, open and bright, on the docks you can admire seagulls and fishermen.
It’s a short, 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops from the sight. Beach with sand, umbrellas and sunbeds are on both sides of the apartment.
The promenade sits just under the terrace of the apartment and is long enough to take a nice morning run or walk along the beach.
The host is an absolute angel. She is super nice and warm and will enable you with whatever you might need or want. She also makes sure there is something cool (or hot 😉 like coffee and tea) to drink when you arrive. Main necessities you need are also there for you. She reflects on the apartment decore which is minimalist and modern.
We really liked and enjoyed our 7-days holiday time at Poemia and hope there will be a chance to come back again.

The Villa is located in a great place with a wonderful view. There was enough place for all of us (a big family). The swimming pool is big enough and very clean. Veranika was very nice to us and helped us with all we needed. Very recommended!

Yavor is a great host. He welcomed us with refreshments and gave us a thorough tour of the Villa, offered his help and often asked if we were OK. He is punctual and replies to messages quickly. The house is perfectly equipped. There is a bathroom next to each room making it suitable for several families and everyone has their privacy. The air conditioning in each room makes it pleasant to stay and relax after a hot day. I recommend staying at VILLA MAKA.
The villa is fully equipped to accommodate various needs of a family (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, bbq, different types of glasses, plates - you name it). The terrace is green and cozy, with generous sofa and armchairs. The host even left for us ice cubes in the freezer and the A/C on!
The villa was great and it had everything my family needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host and given an overview of the house. The house is beautifully decorated and it was a home away from home for us. Host helped us with anything we needed and was so nice. We hope to be back soon!
Nice, cozy villa, renovated & newly refurbished close to hole 15 on the golf course. Ideal for short getaways & trips. Host very kind & supportive. Extremely clean and comfortable, has a nice small back yard with a grill. Ideal for 2 couples of a family with 2 children.
