Fantastic location. The actual property was beautiful- stylish, comfortable and had a lovely vibe about it. The bed was very comfortable. The owners clearly care about hospitality. Two ice cold bottles of water in the fridge were much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious. Sitting on the outdoor terrace with the beautiful evening light, overlooking the river, was so relaxing. The little village is in a fastastic position just 10 minutes from Dinant and 30 minutes from Han Caves. The people is really friendly. We were lucky to be there at the street art festival the 3rd of August. Andy has been really helpful answering to all our need and also showing us the Citadel of Dinant. Thanks for the friendly welcome.
Villa Waulsort is a beautiful place to relax and hike in nature. The house was so cozy and clean and Iris did her very best to please us with so many nice suprises. The view from the terrace and garden at the mountains and the river was amazing and in the surrounding you can find so many nice places (woods, lakes, parks). We and our dog really enjoyed the time and it was a perfect trip!
A nice quite location tucked away behind the village. New owners delightful as were the last ones. Sadly no evening meals avaliable so we had to find a local restraunt. Room was large, clean and a great on suite shower room. Breakfast was local items and well laid out. Owner was happy to provide cold drinks when we arrived, so sat in the large front garden and enjoyed. delightful stay.
Wonderful location. View on the trees and playground - very practical with kids. Silent village, yet restaurants/take-away closeby. A lot to do in the surrounding. Super helpful host, also very quick in answering.
