The apartment is a modern, cozy one. It is very well equipped incl. the air conditioning which is essential these days. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. Location is also perfect.

Very nice and clean apartment. A lot of room. Big smart TV. Kitchen with the basic utensils, also cofee mashine (with one capsule per day), water heater and a toaster. No worries about losing your keys, you just have to remember a 6 digit code. An elevator was great for luggage - it is slow, but gets the work done. Very close to everything, there is even a bike service nearby.

Michael and Michael's mamma were polite and they care a lot about check in and explanation about all things of the apartment. The place is excellent also in winter as a summer because the apartment is close to the parking lot (shuttle free cost to the Gerlitzen lift) and next to the lake. The place has a great view, the hosts were super friendly and they left some wine bottles for us. We made an amazing dinner thanks to that. The house was spacious and had everything needed. The fireplace was great. There is an amazing view on Villah, I recommend to rent this house. I would love to go back there.

We were cycling the Alpe Adria trail as a family of three. The hotel is in a historic building in the very center of Villach. Upon arrival, we could park our bikes in a dedicated room in the courtyard. The rooms had a tasteful interior, appropriate form the building, everything was spotless clean and staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good . Best hotel on our trip, so far. Would definitely book again.
Super responsive host, really friendly and willing to satisfy our needs. The room was huge and had everything we needed (including a Microwave, a table, two chairs, tv and a coffee machine with coffee capsules!) and it was super clean. There was a safe locked place for our bikes. Train station nearby with trains departuring every hour. The daily ticket for Villach was 6 Euro/person. 100% recommend the place also in view of the price difference with other accommodations in the town.

I had to make a last minute reservation in Villach because of delays because Deutsche Bahn messed up on my way to Ljubljana, meaning I couldn't reach Ljubljana. Thankfully I was able to make a reservation here and get a late check-in. I only slept here for 5 hours, but it was really nice. Nice, clean shower and a large, clean, comfortable bed. I am glad I stayed the night here.
We enjoyed this spacious apartment with a kitchen and large bathroom. Very pleasant, on the first floor, and about 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Villach. The parking was convenient and the communication with hosts very good.
