Because of the nice weather, we had a wonderful stay, which we spent mainly outside in the garden. The fenced garden is absolutely wonderful. Especially for a dog or small children, since they can wander freely. If you have nice weather, you have many places to sit in the sun or in the shadow. The chairs however are not very comfortable, more on that later. The view is stunning; you are surrounded by beautiful mountains. The matrasses are okay. For us, regular sized Dutch people (1.78 - 1.94m) however, the beds are too short and so are the blankets. Towels are available plenty, so no need to bring your own. The WiFi is good and steady.

The Apartmenthaus Nr. 1 is located in the pedestrian zone in the heart of Lienz's Old Town, where you can enjoy views of the Lienz Dolomites.

Arrived there after a wet ride on my bike and they offered to dry my gear for me, this was a great help. Rooms where of a decent size and very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant and this was also very good, food and ambience. Would certainly go back there.
