The area is great, close to both nature and town. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, and it's furnished with beautiful antiques that fit perfectly in this grand country house. Both the property and the helpful, kind host really exceeded our expectations. The large garden around the house was perfect to play with our dog and park our car during our stay.

This tiny villa was truly an unique experience. It was really cozy and beautiful. Everything was clean and organized. There was everything we needed from kitchen tools to automatic fireplace. The lady Sabine was really really kind and helpful as she prepared everything for us before we came and didn’t hesitate to write us a text message about how things are going and that she hopes our stay is going well. 10/10.

Beautiful, charming, characterful, comfortable, and spacious. Landhaus Dodo was everything I had hoped. There's a bus stop pretty much outside the door to the nearest town or railway station. Payerbach is so gorgeous that you'll never want to leave. Walks mountains cable cars unesco heritage railway and you can get to Vienna in less than a couple of hours

Beautiful location, very old fashioned villa (almost a castle) in a huge park with old trees, surrounded by forest and the river Schwarza on one side of the property.

Cozy tiny house, which feels so quick like home, great welcoming and helpful hosts, amazing nature and a sky full of stars. And so much more. We just fell in love with this romantic place and for sure we will be back. Need a getaway? We do recommand Villa to go!
Absolutely wonderful. The early 20th century villa offers magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding forests, while providing the comfort to enjoy a perfect stay in the charming village. We loved our attic apartment and would recommend this place to anyone who’s travelling in the area.

Sauna available on site. All check-in and check-out instructions couldn't be clearer. Parking areas are greatly explained before your arrival. There is a decent restaurant within a 2 minute walk from the house.
The accomodation was in a really quiet village, so you can relax there. There are a lot of hiking trails around it. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was healthy and copious. Our dog was also welcome. :)
Very comfortable, nicely furnished, clean, fully equipped, lovely pellet burner which provided lots of warmth and a great atmosphere. We were there for skiing ( drove to Semmering each morning) and it was just perfect. We went around the village, ate at the local restaurants- the Italian round the corner, there is a lovely bakery nearby. It’s just a very lovely place. Just over an hour from Vienna. Can’t fault the place- pretty perfect!
