The house is a lovely farm house with a spacious communal breakfast/sitting room on the ground floor, which has a microwave, toaster, free coffee machine and crockery and cutlery for you to use for your own meals/breakfast etc. It's located at the entrance to Oetz village, very easy to find and has plenty of convenient parking for guests. Kathrin, the host, was extremely friendly and able to accommodate a last minute request to change to a large room with a kitchen in it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a traditional alpine decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. No complaints at all, would highly recommend, and gladly return. p.s. You must try the farm-made yoghurt and eggs that you can buy in the vending machine outside the house. The yoghurt's excellent!

First of all, Maria and her family are extraordinarily nice, courteous and attentive hosts! Every inquiry or need is answered shortly with maximum effort to help.
The chalet is spacious, with very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of spave in the living room and the garden.

There was no one on check in when we arrived, but after waiting for 5 minutes, a lady arrived and asked us to complete a form and leave it on reception. Not great as this had personal information that was left on reception for anyone to read. On the plus side, she said we could choose any room that we wanted, if the door was open. Our room was exceptional and was like a mini suite with sofa, table and chairs as well as a mezzanine floor. Clean and comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good then next day with hot food as well as continental choice. Great open air car park easily catered for 2 large vans.

The bed was super comfortable. I just drifted off. The room was clean, and the shower had good pressure. Best sleep I've had (stayed at four hotels in the lead up to this stay). Staff are welcoming and help if you have any questions. We parked our motorbike right outside our room's window, which made it easy to bring luggage in. Motorbike parking was free. Wish we could have stayed longer as we had a balcony with amazing views, which we didn't get time to enjoy.

Het huisje was netjes en schoon.
Alles zag er goed uit en was aanwezig.
Het toppunt was toch echt wel de sauna.
The room is really cosy and the villa is wonderful, with small balconies and loads of flowers. Right in front of it there is a playground.
The staff is very friendly and responsive, we were 5 hrs late due to road closure, but we were able to arrange key take-over, although the reception was long closed.
Great location in the village. Chris the owner was very helpful, he recommended enjoyable tour route nearby in the beautiful Oetz-valley area. Appreciated. The room was comfortable. Free and safe parking available in the yard. Very nice accomodation, very good breakfast. We highly recommend and would come back.
The rooms were very clean, good WiFi, excellent breakfast. The place felt “hotelly “ rather than “gemütlich”, functional rather than alpine village character which we had hoped for.
It was perfect! I wanted to have a relaxing vacation with my boyfriend and I chose Villa Ambach and it was the best choice. Nice and quiet location, far from the main road so you couldn't even hear the cars. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We also had a coffee machine in the room as promised and capsules and sugar were brought to us every day. The bathroom had everything we needed (shower gel, soap and hair dryer).
And the breakfast had little of everything.
The Owner, Mr. Franz deserves a perfect 10. This guy is friendly, helpful, very keen to help with anything you need and gives personal service.
Very comfortable parking, good wifi, good beds and a small (separated) area for table tennis that the kids enjoyed.

Not far from the main street, but quiet. Easy access to shops, and pretty much at the starting location of several hiking trips.
The nearby stream works as a natural A/C during summer. Perfect.
