When it comes to convenience they have thought of everything. You can even wash your clothes with an app that tells you how long the machine has left.
There was an iPad for us in a lot box when arrived late in the night and had all the info you could possible need.
Soda steam was a nice touch and bread delivery if you want it.
This place is walking distance from the Aqua dome and has a discount with the room.
The building is warm and has a games room, sauna and free parking.
Summer card came for free with the room and this gives you free bike hire.

The location is excellent, close to Langenfeld and Aqua dome (10-15 min walk). With summer card (guest card) the buses and cable cars are free in the entire Otztal valley, discount to Aqua Dome. Tourist information provides maps for hiking and biking. Many restaurants, 2 grocery stores. Excellent breakfast in a really authentic ambience. Must have :)

The breakfast was awesome and the host was really welcoming! We liked the sekt and the chocolate for welcoming us in the room. Everthing was exceptional clean. Free Ötztal card is also nice to explore the area, we went to minigolf, bathing in the lake near ötz, drove the lift up the mountain and used public transport, all for free! We would stay again.

Perfectly equipped clean room with everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. Accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood near the mountains. 5 minutes by car from AQUA DOME, which we were heading to the next day. The hosts were very nice and helpful.
