Hotel owner met me at the bus stop to help me with my luggage! I did not at all expect that. The staff was amazing, my room was cleaned to perfection every single day. And there's a kitchen area in the room so you don't need to rely on eating out every day (great if you're staying for several days).

We ate there nearly every night as the food and menu and ambiance were so good. David and Claudia were amazing hosts. Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful area, quiet. I received all the necessary information about tourism in the area from the hosts. Excellent communication with the hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend the Braunarl house.

This place is superb. It is one of the rare cases when a hotel exceeds the high expectations I already have. Everything is well built and maintained. The breakfast is rich and diverse, includes healthy options and high quality ingredients. The ski room is convenient and includes everything you need. The spa area is perfect. I would definitely return, most of all because of the staff - Samantha, the host, provided me with excellent tips and accommodated every request that I had.
