Hotel owner met me at the bus stop to help me with my luggage! I did not at all expect that. The staff was amazing, my room was cleaned to perfection every single day. And there's a kitchen area in the room so you don't need to rely on eating out every day (great if you're staying for several days).

The host and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I was allowed to check in a little early without charge, and the place is set up well for skiing/snowboarding. I checked out and skied the same day, and the host allowed me to keep my bags there and she held onto my valuables during the day. I was also allowed to use the shower and bathroom by the ski equipment room to get ready to leave Lech that day, even though I had checked out already. That was very convenient for me and kind of the host! The breakfast every morning was very nice too, and the host made me feel like I was at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent! We were received with hospitality, we found complete cleanliness, apartment with full kitchen with all accessories and parking. Rooms, beds, sheets and everything else very clean. Beautiful area, quiet. I received all the necessary information about tourism in the area from the hosts. Excellent communication with the hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend the Braunarl house.
