The location was great! It is couple min walking distance to old city. We enjoyed the balcony a lot! We stayed there for 2 days and it is great for short term stays.
The host, Manfred, is a delight! He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book.

Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village.

I’ve been staying with them for some years now. Nice small hotel with good regional restaurant. Gas station in near-by village. All conveniently located near the motorways.
Good location for short term visitor wanting to visit the old town. Ulrike, who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was continental with excellent choices. Cooked breakfast available if wanted
Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Everything is spotlessly clean, well equipped. It has two terraces with a beautiful view, private parking in the yard. The hosts are very kind. The city center is a 10-minute walk along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay.
The hosts were really nice, speak perfectly English, even invite us to their new years eve party. The apartment is well equipped, and really cosy. It's located in a quiet village 8 minutes from Klagenfurt. I can recommend it to everyone.
