Spacious, comfortable and very clean apartment. Lovely views of the mountains. Good sized bedrooms and two decent showers. Easy walking to restaurants. Private parking. Convenience store on ground floor of apartment building. We never met hosts but communication was answered promptly and keys were ready when we arrived.

Xeis NeSt is set in Admont, 5.4 km from Admont Abbey, 9.1 km from Hochtor, as well as 38 km from Erzberg. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace.

Highly individual and stylish modern Alpine decor. So well constructed, bright with great facilities and equipment. Relaxed atmosphere, Tomas and his team were so welcoming. Plenty of space to park, and space to breathe. Rooms are comfortable and we loved the backdrops of nature. Our room Enns resounded with the gentle sound of the outside passing brook. Glad we sampled the breakfast (excellent, quality and served by Karen with warmth and friendliness). Also able to try the Xeis Stube, reservation recommended. Music night was fun with locals coming together to jam. Food was good and plentiful. We also used the village swimming pool which was excellent, clean with stunning scenes all round. Highly recommend Admont kloster library - the ticket encompasses an additional 3 museums (natural history, medieval art, kloster history and fine art collect). Their restaurant was superb. The area is stunning and you need a car to explore. We were in awe of the road to Johnsbach and the surrounding treks and mountains.

    Excellent location, literally on the ski slope. We really liked that the Skizentrum (200 m) is a family-oriented one, i.e just what you need: enough lifts and slopes but without the crowd. Cross country skiing was also great. If you do not need the extravaganzas of fancy ski-resorts, but are in search of a gemutlich small villages and a fully equipped cozy log-house cottage, this is a perfect choice.
