Very nice and friendly owners, nice and quiet place to stay, very well equipped house. Even coffee, tea, a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of own-produced schnaps are provided upon arrival. Comfortable and huge apartment. The city is a very small one almost nothing there but calmness. The nearest city to buy something to eat is 7 km away in Weitra. But this is not negative for me. Lots to see in the neighbourhood, and the Czech border is very close. You may easily take a trip there as well as in the woods nearby.
