The equipment and cleanliness of the apartment are at an excellent level, there is even a coffee maker for whole bean coffee. There were missing sheets on the top bunk, which we didn't realize til later well after check-in. I messaged them, and they responded fast and someone brought sheets to us! Instructions for getting into the apartment is clear. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, close to the lake, close to grocery stores. The apartment complex felt empty when I visited, so noise is never an issue. Parking lot felt secure and I had a designated parking spot.
