The host Kristjan welcomed us and took care of everything we needed, very friendly and helpful! Dinner and breakfast were also good, especially the Albanian pancakes (petula), which Kristjan recommended. The room was spacious enough and we had a wonderful view of the valley from our balcony. They also have their own boat for transport from/to the ferry terminal in Koman, you can contact the guesthouse for the transport hours by messaging them after booking. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse!

Absolutely gorgeous location, a unique and wonderful experience in Albania! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, dinner- try the fish especially and the included breakfast was very tasty with local ingredients. They offer a discounted round trip boat ride from the ferry if you are staying with them so make sure to reach out to plan that. Strong wifi ( the wifi / electricity turns off from 11pm - 8am) but this is more of a daytime experience and best to go to bed early to wake up 7/8 & enjoy it fully! Place gets packed with tourists until 5 pm with people just coming for a day trip but I recommend spending a night or two here to understand the tranquility. Also, definitely try the canoe rental $10 per 1 hour, you can ride out into the river where there’s no one and see the beautiful views up close.

Wonderful location. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so beautiful! The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The food was great and reasonably priced. The staff was amazing.

An amazing homestay. Delicious home cooked food with home grown produce. Fascinating to see a bit more of the local way of life. Great views. Family could not have done more for us WiFi very weak but enjoy being off grid :-)
