Most of all I like the dealing and customer care of the Hotel staff especially The Receptionist.He was from India and speaking very good English,Hindi as well as Arabic which is impressive. He has wonderful customer centric approach and exceptional empathy for guests.Apart from this Parking of the hotel is a plus point.

The staff Mr Mohammed & Mia were exceptional forthcoming. They went beyond the normal, what I could have asked for and made our stay an unforgettable moment. We had rented one of the beach villas and it felt like the Maledives in the UAE. We were 3 friends with their children, and it was the most beautiful staycation. Food was great, breakfast was amazing, and the staff so forthcoming. Can highly recommend this Hotel and have been there for the 2 nd time now. Last year for a 40th birthday, and this year for a staycation.
Spacious rooms, we parked our car right in front of our villa. Comfortable beds and the soap/conditioner/shampoo that are provided smell amazing!
Short walk to the pool and beach area. Food is good at the restaurant by the beach and by the pool. Breakfast is good too. There is a Grab ‘n Go shop with basics and a few snacks.
We loved coming back to Vida and staying at the beach villa this time . It was quiet and restful .
