The food was very delicious and well presented. Our VIP room was beautiful. Loved the spa bath as well. Overall A1 highly recommend this cruise.

The food and drink service was great, although the cruise ran out of ice, so some drinks werent available the second day. Friendly and helpful staff. Kayaking was fun and we enjoyed the row boat ride through bright cave. The room was comfortable and the balcony was great.
The whole experience was fantastic! Lovely boat with a spacious beautifully decorated room and private balcony from which to watch the gorgeous scenery. Comfortable bed and attractive, functional bathroom. You don’t even feel the boat moving it’s very smooth. The staff were super attentive and polite. Meals were good quality, plentiful and they were very willing to do requests. Communication was good prior to getting there to make sure everything ran smoothly.
The boat is classy, room is clean & comfortable, good view via big window. The arrangement is smooth, starting from pick up and return to Hanoi, everything is on schedule. Van is comfortable. There are total 20 guest rooms only which is one of the reasons why I chose this boat to avoid the crowd. Good choices of breakfast & brunch buffet. It’s fun to have kayaking.

We liked our room a lot it was very spacious with a private balcony and big bathroom as well as a sofa bed. Excellent service from everyone, especially Tam who helped us with everything we needed and even took very nice photos of us on the boat. We would recommend to all of our friends and family
Surrounded by greenery - great pool - nice rooms (stayed in a bungalow) staff all very helpful and friendly - good food onsite - went in the boat tour through hotel -well worth it great day - also they arranged onward travel much appreciated!!

Really good location, right next to the main square. Friendly staff (family) They offer boat tours to Lan Ha Bay and to Ha Long Bay too. The room came with a nice balcony. The breakfast was good too.
