For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Probably the most surreal staying overnight experience in Gothenburg, although it should be viewed more like a camping on a boat in the city. The instructions of the host were super clear, you just find your boat yourself and you can enter it by yourself. The insides are bigger than you expect by looking at the boat itself, and it theoretically fits up to 4 people. The hardest part was to understand how to get the power working, although there are instructions provided for that as well. The location is super convenient and feels safe, close to the center and opera house.

Among the facilities at this property are full-day security and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is situated 700 metres from Nordstan Shopping Mall. It was a cool experience to stay at boat overnight. Location was also nice near the center.

Taking a break from the usual “hotel room”, made the stay more enjoyable with my 3 older children (25, 21 and 16), I got a room for them and a room on another floor for my husband and myself. Having the coffee and cookies available all day was a great treat. We were able to walk everywhere from the boat (made several trips to Haga) and loved that we never had a need for public transportation. The free breakfast was a great perk and so was relaxing on the upper deck.

The location is very good and you can reach easily every main point of the city. It’s an amazing experience to watch the sunset and then to sleep on a boat like this.
The location was beautiful and the boat was very clean and modern. A full kitchen and very nice bathroom! Lots of interesting places right around the area as well.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. We've been upgraded to a room with water view and we could see boats moving in the out of port. Our little was was overjoyed by this and constantly asked to go back to the "boat holiday house"! The receptionist was really, really kind and even gifted our daughter an Easter egg! The room was slightly small, as you would expect from a boat cabin, but the bed was very comfy!
We liked the idea staying overnight at houseboat, interesting view over marina, easy parking on street (free). Tiny cabin, but comfortable, clean. Little terrace with seating in front and on the roof was great! Would stay again and recommend it.

This is a truly unique place to stay! We enjoyed our own private houseboat with a full kitchen and rooftop. The views of the harbor and marina were wonderful. It's a bit far from town, and you will need to use a taxi to get back and forth. But it was a great place for a quiet and peaceful night.
Nice hotel with family rooms. It's out of the city and very quiet. The hotel boat takes you to the city for free. Staff is very friendly!
