We can absolutely recommend to paddle to the nearby island, eat fresh fish there, and stroll through the village. The island is quick to get to, even if you have never kayaked before. Our hosts were very friendly and also told us a lot about the boat and the features of the surrounding area when we arrived by their motorboat. Thank you very much for the nice stay!

Everyone was very welcoming at the hotel, which is located on a main road, about 10 minutes away from Tavira. The bedroom was comfortable & roomy & had a seating area together with a small balcony. We used the hotel shuttle bus to Cabanas, which has an amazing beach, reached via small ferry boats. The breakfast choice is very good & we had dinner twice at the hoted which was of very good quality.
A very nice location away from the resorts of southern portugal. Dedicated to people who value privacy and want a break from the hustle and bustle of larger places. Beautiful beaches which you have to reach by boat (boats go from a place which is 100 m away from the house and it takes about 5 minutes to reach the beach). Jose is a very kind and helpful host.
Great location for a holiday with lovely rooftop pool overlooking islands. Great choice of restaurants 5 minutes walk from hotel. Local towns such as Fuseta and Tavira only a short ride away on taxi or train. Islands easily accessible by ferry , water taxi os organised boat trips Staff friendly and attentive at hotel
Ideal location for exploring Tavira. Opposite ferry to Tavira Island and other boat trips. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Evening meal in restaurant was lovely plenty of choice.
The apartment was excellent, we had no problems with it. A short walk to cafes, bars, restaurants. A 5 minute boat trip to the beach. Two lovely pools on site.
Fab location in Faro suburbs with plenty of small shops and cafes in the vicinity, very close to a lovely public park (alameda joao de deus) with cafe, peacocks and live music. Apartment.is nicely done up and very homely. Clean and had everything we needed to cook etc. Very close to Faros 2nd train station, 5 mins walk. The view is lovely past the industrial zone and we watched the boats coming and going. Brilliant to have 2 lifts in the building.
Excelent location (in the country but with wonderfull islands and beaches, boats, in a radius of 5Km - you can walk until the Ria Formos and catch sellfich). Nice pool with kids zone. Pefect wi-fi. Very good parking inside the property, with shadow. Interesting arcitecture, like a little village
great location, close to the airport, the town, the beach. lots of guides on things to do locally. though we didn't do it, a trip was arranged for anyone who wanted to join for the day to go on a boat. breakfast was lovely, the pool and garden area were beautiful and a great place to relax with plenty of sun throughout the day. also there's a cat which was so sweet.
Such helpful owners of this lovely property! You can see and feel the love they put into it with their paintings on the walls and balconies, their tasteful furnishings and generous wardrobes. The bathrooms looked brand new, so did the kitchen. The location is brilliant too, so close to the bus terminal, Cafés and Restaurants around the corner, as well as the walk along the water where we enjoyed looking at the small boats and some craft stalls set up alongside.
Location, Ria Formosa from Fuseta. Concept, an amazing idea to refurbish a boat and turn it into a houseboat. Facilities, everything you need on board including hot water from solar panels a portable gas stove, microwave or better still preorder food to arrive with you on boat to get there. En-suite shower room with flushing toilets. Fish, stars, birds (flamingos, storks etc..). And a dingy to get you to the beach!!
