The staff were brilliant. Marco, in particular was really helpful because our return taxi was cancelled at short notice and he got a new one booked for us straight away. In addition, my wife was having difficulty walking and so he came with us to the River Boat Taxi so he could help us and also take the luggage. He also got the taxi to stop at a location that was easier for my wife to get in it. He also brought drinks to our room when we needed them as my wife couldn't leave it very often
Wonderful staff, they were very friendly and polite. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. The location was very close to the boat station, we took our luggage easily to the apartment (there was no bridge on our way!)
Close to the boat stop, good as i was traveling with 2 bags (don’t do if going to venezia), staff very gentile. Space room.
The front desk was so helpful, Gabriella even met us at the boat dock. Breakfast was great too

We had a lovely time at Casa Eden! Gina and Dino are very welcoming hosts and Casa Eden is an oasis of calm, with its cool rooms and shady garden, a short boat ride from the main tourist attractions. Giudecca is the best place to stay in Venice, as you can sit on the quay with a glass of wine and see San Marco and the Doge’s palace across the lagoon.
Out of this world! Simply perfect in every way. The staff were so attentive and their attention to detail was exemplary. Honestly the finest holiday we have had and we have stayed in multiple 5* locations around the world but this one tops the lot. Total tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Venice which is only. 10 minute ride on their luxurious hotel boat. Thanks you to all the staff for making our trip so perfect.
We arrived in style from airport by private speedboat hire straight to hotel boat dock, what an experience. Room was absolutely fabulous very specious with big grand windows, high ceilings, beautiful chandelier, comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast on dining room balcony, coffee taste like heaven with breathtaking views of Venetian canals. Overall great experience in historical building.
