The location was very close to everything we wanted to do and see in Lucca. The place had a courtyard with a beautiful garden and we sat out there in the evening and drank wine and enjoyed the buzz of people all around us. Our host was very warm and helpful- we were going to Cinque Terre next but he warned us of an approaching coastal storm and suggested we change plans. The boats were cancelled, so he was right and we were glad to find that out.

For a 2 Star Hotel it is very good, the staff was super friendly. We did not eat breakfast because we left early for the ferryboat. The hotel has a really nice, small garden in front, a few park places in the back and is pet friendly.

Reception staff were fantastic. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Apartment was great, large, clean and comfortable. Pool was available 24/7 which makes a lovely change these days. Location is excellent with many good restaurants close by. Lots to explore with boat trips round the canals and a lot more history than we expected.

Beautiful hotel, great location, run by friendly and helpful people. The room is sufficiently large and the bed is comfy. The bathroom was superb with the Carrara marble plates. Also we received a lot of help from the staff as they recommend great restaurants, booked a superb place on the nearby beach and gave advices regarding Cinque Terre. Also it is a great starting location to visit Cinque Terra by boat or by train.
The apartment overlooks the yacht harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything for a family vacation. Indoor garage for cars under the apartments.
This is really an extraordinary location, most lovely people. The diners were world class cuisine, truly fresh, special and surprising every day ! We took the boat for late night fishing and for snorkling, simply fantastic ! The best holiday experience ever !!
Great location, right in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano with easy access to the sea (pier just at the end of the road), restaurants and cafes. The lovely little terrace was great for people watching and viewing the luxury yachts moored opposite. We hired a boat (recommended by the host) one of our days and had a fantastic time visiting so many local beaches and swim spots. Would definitely recommend to others as it was a highlight of our stay. Check in was efficient and parking was provided a short walk away.
