We loved the experience of sleeping on a boat moored in a quiet marina. The owner was very friendly in his communication with me and the skipper of the boat who greeted us when we arrived was lovely. He explained everything we needed to know in a mix of English and Italian. The boat has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and breakfast was left for us. It was fun making coffee on board and having breakfast on the deck. For an additional cost, we chose to do a private sailing which was a wonderful experience. Marco allowed us to steer the boat and we had great views of the coast followed by a delicious brunch on board when we returned. A highly recommended experience.

Location perfect, very close to the port to rent a boat for the day. Also the breakfast was excellent. Great value !
Perfect location to get to sights near and around Cagliari. Downtown is within walking distance. Great restaurants downtown. 30 minute walk to the pier to take a boat tour. The hosts were very kind and allowed for a very late check-in due to our flight landing 2 hours behind.
Ciao Alessandro🌞 it's incredible what you can have on such a relatively small houseboat; a shower, a perfectly equipped kitchen, sleeping space and a place to hang or dry your laundry. Everything as expected. A beautiful room with a view. Loved the sound of the church bells. A lovely way to be welcomed to the day.... but not too early! Amazing breakfast and lovely staff. Arbatax is a port town, so not pretty. But has a good selection of really, good, well priced restaurants within walking distance. Lots of beaches close. And central for touring the area. Helios boat trip, recommended by the hotel, was very special. The most beautiful scenery and delicious food. Would definitely recommend
Location is fantastic just in front of the private beach. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Swimming pools are well maintained. Very cute decor all over the resort Breakfast was good! They arranged a boat trip for us to the gulf of orosei which was the highlight of our Sardinia trip.
I had was looking for a place to stay to resolve a situation with my boat at the local Marina. It was perfect.
Our host Marisa was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even phoned some contacts in order to try find us a boat for the following day (sadly, we went out of season and everyone had shut down for the rest of the year). The rooms were clean and although the breakfast was basic, it was still very nice touch and did the job. The property is only a short walk from both the beach & city centre. Great value for money and would visit again!
The owner of the boat is very helpful, with everything you might need. It is a small houseboat (as expected) but quite efficient and comfortable. Lovely deck on the roof to chill and watch the sunset. It is an adventurous experience and something different. It is not far from the centre and being close to the water made it even more special.
