And the sunset was outstanding We took the number 14 water taxi from main town Venice Host was absolutely lovely the boat was great for a cheep budget stay it was amazing

We loved how peaceful the area is. There was no noise from jetskies or small yachts. It made our time at the beach very relaxing. As far as the hotel goes, the location is perfect, and breakfast offers a variety of good quality food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are bikes available for you to rent, which made 5 to the main strip a lot quicker and more fun. Overall, we loved everything and highly recommend this hotel.

The boat houses are very cleverly set out and this was perfect beach holiday for 2 adults & 2 children. The children loved the swimming pool and freedom/safety of the resort.
It was away from all the crowd. The nature around. Boathouse modern and clean. Pool fantastic, not cold for kids, very nice. Air conditioning in the house was fantastic.
Property is really nice. Boat houses are charming, spacious and offer beautiful experience. Keep in mind that boat house moves when other boats pass and the plumbing is really loud.
The receptionists were very friendly and super helpful. They gave us very good help finding public transport including ferries to Venice airport. It was exciting to cross the Venice lagoon by boat to the airport.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel is very accommodating for families with babies. The location is super, just a short walk to the beach. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to our days. Additionally, we appreciated the option to book a boat tour to Venice directly through the hotel. Highly recommended!
Warm swimming pool, friendly staff, fast breakfast service, beachfront hotel. Easy to travel around, 25min drive to boat to Venice, Burano and Murano. You can get drinks at the swimming pool, snack (toast, club sandwich, French fries…) or go for a full lunch. It is at the beach so you can just go up to the room to relax or pickup anything you need to enjoy outside. They will help you with parking if you have a larger car as will reserve you larger spot - very helpful staff.
A fantastic place! The houseboats are amazing, either on the river, or in the garden...Spacious, well equipped, clean. You can't beat a glass of prosecco on the terrace at sunset... Within the resort there is a pool area, sports facilities and a riverboat with a restaurant and a sundeck. They have bicycles for rent, and even deliver breakfast to your room. I can only recommend this place. We had a really great time.
