Comparing to 5* hotels, this stay was 5*PLUS. Thomas was helpful in every meaning of the word! Three bed rooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The 500K Yacht had more that you need! I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a place more than you can enjoy any hotel room!

The hotel was immaculate, reception staff very helpful and informative, housekeeping kept the room spotless. I loved the drinks machine in the reception which were free, and also free biscuits.Its very convenient for getting buses in every direction, plenty of cafes and restaurants near and far and including bakeries. Plenty of shopping, close to the sea front promenade, boat trips from the white tower, and make sure you take a trip to the lagoon in Kalochori to see flamingo's, a number 40 bus. For the view take a 23 bus to ano poli.
Nice soffit room, large, modern, very cozy and with nice view to the sea and the local boat manufacturing block. Well equipped and with two bedrooms and big kitchen and salon
The sea wiew is fantastic! The old boat just a front of your window, and town of Thessaloniki is in a clouds. The spacy room was clean and with a big door so you can fil like on the beach.

Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff was very friendly. Took advantage of the free bikes to explore the area. The hosts organized for us a boat trip on kerkini lake, which we enjoyed very much. Thank you.
We liked the seaside view and cleanliness of the place. We enjoyed the spacious balcony for relaxing. It was close enough to Thesseloniki by car, although we missed out on the shuttle boat to Thesseloniki (closed for winter season). Car parking was tight in Thesseloniki, but fortunately we had great free parking at the port on the Sunday. However, parking on the Monday took awhile. Car parking was not a problem on the streets around the hotel.
We had issues with travelling to Mount Athos (no boat that day from Ouranopoulis because of strong winds) so the owner helped us getting to Ierissos for an alternative boat.
Food (breakfast and dinner using mainly locally sourced produce) and location excellent. Arranging our boat trip well organised and all very prompt.
Everything was perfect, the host was nice, location excellent as it was 50 steps from the beach and 100 steps from market and traditional Greek tavernas. The terrace with magnificent view over the gulf full of fishing boats and yachts was idillic. The host was really helpful in every aspect. The environment was family-friendly, one felt like being at home.
