The setting on your own boat by the water was really lovely, compared to my new accommodation in the city. The beach is nearby, and the boat had a SUP with it. It's close to public transport. A busy but peaceful setting, I really enjoyed being able to eat and read, sitting out on the desk. It had a hammock chair also. As a solo travel, it was very safe, and there were lots of other tourist renting boats also. Mafe lent me a bike for the week, able to cycle everywhere in the city

Beautiful hotel close to the yacht harbor
Such a cool experience, great location and comfortable - for a boat! Owner Matias was amazing, met us after our flight was delayed and organised a taxi to the airport when needed 😊 Very nice to have some.snakcs and drinks supplied too.
Rooms are huge and condition older but very clean. Fantastic location on a quiet beach with a terrific cafe serving BBQ steak or chicken with salad and chips for 15 euros with the best staff created "Nova Mas"....and 5 minutes walk to a marina with yachts and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from Altea but seemed like an oasis among Altea's crowds and heavy traffic.
Gorgeous views from 2 balconies to Mediterranean in the East and lake, mountains in the West from 8th floor. Modern, updated inside condo. Very well equipped kitchen & laundry, 2 baths. Has a pool, but too cool outside in mid-May for us to try it. We didn’t need A/C or heat. Tennis court. Helpful owner. Is quiet, in a protected nature preserve, can walk aways to beach or to highway for boat ride. Got a rental car to go to Valencia & nearby tourist towns with great restaurants. All 3 bedrooms together, both baths open to hallway.
Nice sailing boat, with every comfort in a superb location ! Staff super kind and friendly. Mafe and Pepe were so kind to advise me about some restaurants in the area and even giving me a ride to a nearby shop. The coffee machine was a bonus!
Location is excellent at the start of a 2 mile walk along a interesting promenade with lots of choices of cafés and restaurants, interesting to see the boat yard working. Good restaurants within minutes of the apartment
I loved the experience of living on the boat for a few nights. It was quite different to anything that i have done before. The boat was ready for me to sleep as I got there at midnight. The communication with the owner was through whatsapp and that really worked for me as I was worried about getting there in the middle of the night and not being able to get access. All codes to get access were sent just before I took off from UK so I was armed with all the info I needed.
The apartment is clean, cosy, close to everything (beaches, , yacht club, promenade, shops and services) and has stunning sea views from the huge balcony. Wow!!! The building itself is modern with 3 pools. The owners are very friendly, helpful and answer any questions immediately We will definitely be back!
Very cozy and romantic place. This was our first experience living on a boat and it was perfect! Drinking coffee with a sunrise on a boat is something amazing! All the conditions were great, there was enough place for three of us. Everything was clean and thought-out. There was a coffee machine, fridge, oven, everything we needed to have dinner or breakfast. There was even a small toilet inside. Near the boat there was also a private shower that you can enter with a special card.
What a gem of a find in VLC ! Lovely hotel with a warm welcome in the center of VLC with helpful staff, a stone throw away from Turia parke. Room was big, quiet (internal), and everything functional as it should be ! Breakfast is very decent too and the hotel boats a top floor terrace overlooking Torres des Serranos y la Turia park.
