A great view overlooking the river.great to watch all the different boats passing though.a very good selection at breakfast and eventhough it was busy and we had to wait for a table the staff were so happy and friendly and quickly served us with coffee while we waited.
Location is fantastic - views from the window for big boats, place to swim in Elbe river mouth just next to the hotel, sandy beach short walk away, cycling paths.
Location for getting boat to Helgoland
Breakfast was lovely. We had rooms facing the water, which was lovely with one exception: there is a party boat nearby so it could get quite loud if you had your window open. It didn't bother me, but that might be a problem if one is a light sleeper.
