Very good Hotel in a very good location for tourist sightseeing and good access to the S-Bahn & U-Bahn. Also the Hotel was quiet so not disturbed, All staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return if visiting Berlin which I thoughly enjoyed. I liked the self booking in service which was helpful as I arrived very late due to transport delays. The hotel consigere was very helpful arranging a boat trip for me and helpful with directions.
The SUITE rooms are looking directly to the river - feels like in Venice or cruise ship. Unforgettable experience and view. Silence guaranteed (expect some boats, though) ;)
It is very handy for trains - Friedatrasse Station is just around the corner. Boat tours leave from just across the street. Central location - just 2 stops from Alexanderplatz - plenty of places to eat & drink - Irish Bar just at the corner near the hotel. We had a lovely air-con room. Staff very friendly
This is an excellent location for the Dragonboat festival as the regatta grounds are across the street, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance or to use the tram. Excellent communication and presence of the manager on site occasionally asking us if everything was all right which was great.

Perfect location literally steps from the central station rolled our bags over is just a few minutes . Excellent breakfast so many choices and variety. Enjoyed being steps from the river where walk up bars and food were available and you could sit at night and enjoy the boats and reverie !
Beautiful location. Water one side (with lots of boating to watch and equipment to rent from paddleboards to houseboats to pedalos, up stream) and then forest to explore on the other side. Felt very friendly. Looked very child and fog friendly. Great food and drink available.
We liked the river and the district and the cafes in front of our boat hotel. The district itself as there is the historical part of the Berlin Wall and our boat was located right in front of it. The hotel is very unusual - the simple small boat...The cleaning staff kept the showers and the toilets in a great order and cleanness.
The hotel boats are a fun place to stay. The location is very nice, right next to the Berlin Wall memorial and with a subway and tram station close by. The river banks are scenic and a popular place to hang out.
