Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Great place to stay! Quiet. Rooms are really comfortable and the a/c works well. Owner is very accommodating and helped me book when I couldn’t find an available room. She is also very sweet and her English is excellent! Kitchen area is useful to make a little dinner or coffee! Laundry service available. Bikes for rent - 20k/day and the beach is close enough to bike too. A little area to sit outside in the shade !
Also Thu Hoi Water Coconut (Nipa) and basket boat is close. A must try!!!
Such a great place!!! Our room was the boat on the little lake and it was so wonderful! It was too good, in fact, that we didn't want to leave to go explore Hoi An. The grounds of the property were charming, the pool was relaxing and never over crowded, the wifi was fast and extended throughout the entire place, and the breakfast was phenomenal! The food and drinks prices were also very reasonable, and above all the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I wish I could have stayed there forever.
The staff here are all so nice. They look after you so well and want to help you with everything. Special mention to Lan who serviced us at breakfast each morning, she is a delight. We had an evening meal here out in the garden area and it was delicious. Great hotel position short walking distance to shopping and the night lantern boats . The per night price we paid to have breakfast and afternoon tea included was a good deal . Free shuttle bus available to the beach which is a must.

Owners were extremely helpful and friendly, they booked us a coconut boat tour and picked us up on motorbikes to take us to and from the river. They also provided other trips and you could book your bus through them and the bus could pick you up from the hostel. Central location, easy to get a grab car or bike to the centre. Highly recommended to other travellers
The location is between old town and bamboo boat area. So it is comfortable to go to either of them. It is comfy, and for that price it was nice.
Staff was helpful. Especially the lady in kitchen (Thuong) was really nice and supportive ^^
So clean and absolutely perfect location if you want to be right in the centre, very short walk to old town and market as well as boat rides. We had a lovely first night in hoi an at this accommodation. The front desk staff are amazing too and so helpful!!
I had a wonderfull stay, the crew and the lady from the reception were so sweet and kind. The room was clean it looked exactly like the pictures, loved the atmosphere, loved the pool and the temperature of the water, there is a good laundry service. Its really convenient that you can take a free bike to use. The location is perfect between the old town and the beach. I booked a cooking class through hotel, it was super nice, the restaurant cooking location is right at the Coconut village overlooking the coconut boats.
Really helpful and friendly staff! Emma helped me book a boat tour and made sure I got there and back. The free walking tour with Bao was great, learnt a lot about Hoi An’s history and architecture. The breakfast was nice too.
We stayed on one of their boats on the man made lake, which we thoroughly enjoyed, as we live on a yacht in Australia.
Great location for Hoi An ancient town. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local advice.
Restaurant food was awesome. The pool was relaxing with the bar and pool table. Great cocktails with happy hour lasting 4 hours 🙂.
Great massage service to unwind those aches and pains. Very tropical feeling about the surroundings.
Free bikes if you fancy a ride out.
All in all, we have a great stay and would return again.
