Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Stay away from this facility it’s a scam. No one came to handover keys and not available on phone as well. Saw many customer in lobby in same boat. I was traveling with kid and was highly disappointed. End up booking other hotel.
Riverside is definitely a place for families or those who have pets. The facilities are great and it’s a joy to walk around the premises. There is plenty of room for kids to play around. The pool is clean and they have a nice restaurant by the river. The shuttle boats are convenient and the fastest way to town. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very unique. We were picked up by boat. The customer service was impeccable and smooth. As usual I forgot a few thing. They got shipped to me to Saigon same day. The room was a beauty and everything around.
We had a large room with a big bed. There was plenty of space and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved the location of this hotel in District 1. It is very close to the boat bus terminal (i.e. river) and a large pedestrian walking area that is hopping at night. It is also near to the Cafe Apartments.
Have an excellent location in front of the Saigon River and you can take a trip by boat near to the hotel, also have some nice restaurants there and crossing the river you have a one food street amazing.
The accommodation was a lot better than expected with everything within walking distance. The attended swimming pool was a pleasant surprise.
The on-site restaurant was very good even though the menu seemed to have been curtailed a bit.
The courtesy bus into the city centre was excellent as was the boat.
It was really close to the wharf so really easy to walk down and see the markets during the day and night.
The room was clean and the staff were helpful and allowed us to check out slightly late after coming back from our boat trip. The AC worked well too and the fridge.
Great location to some very good restaurants and attractions, close to Ben Than market. The staff were excellent and particularly Randy Tram (afternoon/night manager) who assisted with information, helped us to book a Grab car and made reservations for us at the ROS Yacht Club on the Saigon River! All staff provided great customer service and the breakfast and pool were very good!
Great staff, very nice rooms, very easy reach from HCMC by complimentary hotel boat.
