    The front desk gentlemen Mileki and Henry were very professional and accommodating. Any requests we had were taken care of promptly. The bartenders were friendly and professional. We liked the pool a lot. We were looking for a bus/boat tour and Henry set us up with one. It was so much fun and we saw a lot of culture and loved it.

    I loved the slightly run down charm. Used to be a fancy place with a big glass façade overlooking the water. Location is great. Enjoyed sitting outside at night watching the lights of the boats and planes.

    Location was good. It had a very pretty sight of the water and the boats. Parking was free so at least my was was close by, however very small parking for that many rooms.

    Great facilities. Beautiful pool with keen and helpful staff (especially Eric and Craig), next to the beach with included loungers (but $28 per day for an umbrella…), good facilities for kids (small soccer area, table tennis, fussball, console room, kids club), included banana boat ride, kayaking and paddleboarding were fun (only able to kayak/paddleboard on one day because of the water conditions). Excellent (but expensive) breakfast at Preston’s. Good location a short walk from Ocean Drive and the art deco quarter.

    Wonderful spacious bedroom & bathroom. All brand new. Very comfortable big bed. Very friendly staff. Fantastic location. Great restaurants nearby and the beach too. Good rooftop area with lounge chairs and pool to enjoy a good swim. Golf, beach, pickleball, duckboat tour (excellent), Everglades all nearby. Highly recommended.

    Very easy check in. We were party of four people and property accommodated us perfectly. Building is quite simple, but in fantastic area. We were doing boat show and took advantage that everything is just walking distance from Apartment. Host is very helpful and responsive

    Sheila. The front desk girl is so helpful and friendly. She help me change the room. And give me very detailed information of planning 4 days in Miami. Really like the bus and boat Miami tour I booked with her. Highly recommended. Rooms is clean, and the hotel is great location next to South Beach. Feeling safe and comfortable to stay here. And other staffs in front desk also very good.
